What's included in your yacht rental?
Enjoy exclusive captain and crew. We provide towels, ice, water, sodas, beer, and cava. Additionally, our yachts feature high-quality Bluetooth sound systems for your music. Our yachts are equipped with cabins, kitchen, air conditioning, and bathrooms on board. Since each boat is unique, we recommend you contact us with any specific questions you may have. We guarantee a personalized and exceptional marine experience!
How much should I tip the yacht crew?
The amount of tip you leave for the yacht crew depends on the service and your satisfaction. Generally, it is recommended to leave a tip of 10% to 20% of the total cost of the yacht rental. However, this figure can increase or decrease depending on the quality of the service and your specific needs. Tipping the crew is customary but at your discretion. If you are happy with everything on board, the crew and the service provided, you can handle the tip directly with the captain at the end of the charter, or you can contact us and we will handle it for you.
Can I bring my own food and drinks for the charter?
Absolutely! Feel free to bring any extra food or drinks for your charter day. If you prefer, we also have catering options available to provide delicious meals for your trip.
What are the options for hazardous weather cancellation ?
We offer refunds for hazardous weather-related cancellations and the option to reschedule day charters without any additional fees. We’re here to ensure a smooth and flexible experience for you.
What happens if I cancel the reservation?
If you cancel more than 15 days before your charter departure, we require written notice (email accepted). We will make every effort to rebook the boat for your time slot, allowing you to recover your reservation. In any case, a 10% fee will be deducted from your returned deposit. Cancellations within 15 days of departure are non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of the charter departure will result in the total charter fee being charged, and it is non-refundable unless specific conditions apply.
